We'll schedule a time for you to visit the property, see the available room, and ask any questions. We want you to feel confident and comfortable before making any commitment.
Complete a brief self-sufficiency intake assessment, background screening, and sign your month-to-month lease. We'll coordinate with your housing authority or VA case manager as needed for voucher holders.

We work directly with the Houston Housing Authority to house veterans with HUD-VASH vouchers. Our units are maintained to meet NSPIRE inspection standards. If you have a voucher, your case manager can contact us directly.

If you receive VA Aid & Attendance benefits through the VA Pension program, those funds can be applied toward your monthly rent. We'll work with you to make the process smooth. Contact your VA regional office for benefit information.

Monthly Social Security or SSI payments are accepted as rent payment. Our rates are specifically designed to be reachable for residents on fixed Social Security income, leaving room for personal expenses.
Self-pay residents are welcome. We accept personal check, cashier's check, money order, and ACH bank transfers. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A receipt is provided for all payments.
